 Click to view full-size. 1935 Gold Edition Misprint With this 1935 Gold Edition Deluxe Monopoly Game and the label awkwardly placed in the lower right corner instead of the upper left corner, I think we could easily see a Parker Brothers worker placing the label upside down, pressing it into the foil and instead of discarding the box cover, off to market it went. There is also the slim possibility that the label fell off and was misapplied at a later date. |
